Project Management

The services in the project management area cover all activities and tasks starting from the project initiation respectively project development to the project execution through to the project completion.

Competencies, Qualifications and References.

There is a sound and solid 33-year international management experience in the power generation sector, which is based on the completed studies in electrical engineering with a German degree obtained at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt , complemented by additional post graduate studies in "Technical Sales" at the Free University of Berlin and through the Executive Management Program at Stanford University in Paolo Alto, CA, USA.

Extensive experience in the fields of engineering, sales, marketing, project management and profit center management with global "profit & loss" responsibility round off the portfolio.

Further hallmarks include intercultural skills, business responsibility and accountability in the 3 to 4-digit million EURO range, as well as direct management responsibility for up to 200 employees in the domestic and international environment.
